Air Canada will add 16 percent more capacity to Latin America for the winter 2025/26 season with four new destinations and 13 new routes. The new destinations include Rio de Janeiro, Cartagena, Guatemala City, and Guadalajara.

American Airlines is reimagining their flight experience this month with a fresh lineup of enhancements, from snack-time favorites to seamless service enhancements. For winter 2025/26, the carrier is also doubling service from Chicago to fun and sun destinations.

Alaska Airlines has today announced the addition of Philippine Airlines as their newest global partner. Soon, customers will be able to book direct flights on Philippine Airlines from Honolulu and Alaska’s West Coast hubs to Manila, while earning miles.

JetBlue has launched inaugural flights to Wilmington, North Carolina and Norfolk, Virginia. The carrier has also added service from New York-JFK to Detroit, Hartford, Pittsburgh and Providence, as well as between Fort Lauderdale and Guatemala City.

Emirates has today announced a new partnership with Hapag-Lloyd Cruises for a combined luxury cruise-air travel package experience across their network. Both luxury brands aim to create seamless connectivity for cruise travellers.

Cathay Pacific has launched new direct service between Hong Kong and Dallas-Fort Worth, with the inaugural flight taking to the skies on Thursday, April 24th. The route will now operate four times weekly with an Airbus A350-1000.

Starting October 26, 2025, Norwegian will launch new service between Tromsø and Munich. The route will operate twice weekly on Thursdays and Sundays through March 26, 2026.

LOT Polish Airline has today announced the opening of ticket sales for new direct service between Warsaw and Marrakesh, Morocco. Starting October 29, 2025, the route will operate twice weekly on Wednesdays and Saturdays with Boeing 737 Family jets.

Norwegian continues to focus on Sweden with new routes and increased frequencies. Over the last two years, the carrier has increased capacity in Sweden by 30 percent to sun and beach destinations, and 15 percent to large cities.

Alaska Airlines has today announced an expansion of their San Diego network with 30 percent more flights and service to three new destinations, including Chicago O’Hare, Denver and Phoenix.

This summer, WestJet will strengthen their domestic schedule with new nonstop service Between Halifax Stanfield International Airport and three Canadian cities. This includes new nonstop service to Saskatoon and Regina, and returning service to Vancouver.

Starting November 21, 2025, Viva Aerobus will begin new nonstop service between Miami and Mexico City’s new Felipe Ángeles International Airport (AIFA). The route will operate four times weekly on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.

Starting November 27, 2025, Air France will launch new direct service between Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Phuket, Thailand. For the winter 2025/2026 season, the route will operate up to three times weekly with a Boeing 777-300ER.

Discover Airlines has announced an expansion of their short and medium haul network, and will also launch new twice weekly service to Oulu in Finland for summer 2025.

Starting July 1st, 2025, Oman Air will launch new direct service between Muscat and Amsterdam. The route will operate four times weekly, with Amsterdam becoming the carrier’s 11th European destination.

beOnd has announced the launch of new service between Munich and Dubai, joining the airline’s service between Munich and the Maldives, which has been operating since 2024.

LOT Polish Airlines has today started new nonstop service between Warsaw and Malta. The route will now operate year-round four times per week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays.
