Wizz Air to Launch New Service Between Warsaw and Zadar

Starting June 9, 2026, Wizz Air will launch new direct service from Warsaw Chopin Airport to Zadar, Croatia.  The route will operate four times weekly during the summer season.

On Thursday (February 26, 2026), Wizz Air announced the launch of new direct service from Warsaw Chopin Airport to Zadar, Croatia.  Starting June 9, 2026, the route will operate four times weekly with an Airbus A321neo.  The launch of the Zadar route marks an important milestone for Wizz Air, as Zadar becomes a new Wizz Air station, underscoring the airline’s long-term commitment to growth across Central and Southern Europe. 


In Thursday’s announcement, Wizz Air’s Corporate Communications Manager, Salvatore Gabriele, said,


We are delighted to launch a new direct route from Warsaw Chopin Airport to Zadar, giving travellers in Poland even more low-fare options for their summer holidays. With convenient access to one of Croatia’s most popular coastal destinations, the new service strengthens our leisure offer from Warsaw, while also marking an important step for our network as Zadar becomes a new Wizz Air station. We can’t wait to welcome passengers on board this summer. Let’s WIZZ, Warsaw!”

From Warsaw, Wizz Air operates 67 routes to destinations in 27 countries, including Italy, Spain, Greece, Portugal, Malta, Iceland and more.  The carrier serves 12 airports in Poland, and maintains six bases in the country, with a total of 43 based aircraft this year.
