Embraer Reports Second Quarter 2026 Net Profit of $218.6 Million or $1.19 per American Depositary Share

Embraer has reported a first quarter 2026 net profit of $218.6 million or $1.19 per American Depositary Share (ADS) on a year-over-year increase in revenue of 23 percent to a record $2.2 billion.

On Monday (August 10, 2026), Embraer reported their second quarter financial results for the period ending June 30, 2026.  The company reported a second quarter net profit of $218.6 million or $1.19 per American Depositary Share (ADS) on a year-over-year increase in revenue of 23 percent to $2.2 billion, a second quarter record.  Embraer Commercial Aviation reported revenue of $625 million during the quarter, up 8.0 percent compared to 2Q25, primarily driven by higher volumes.


During the second quarter, Embraer delivered 65 aircraft, marking their strongest second-quarter performance over the past 16 years, up 7.0 percent compared to the previous year.  Embraer delivered a total of 109 aircraft during the first half of the year, approximately 20 percent more than the 91 aircraft delivered during H1 2025, sustained by continued progress in the company’s production leveling initiatives.  The company’s order backlog rose to $34.5 billion in the second quarter, continuing an upward trend for seven consecutive quarters.
