Wizz Air announced on Tuesday the launch of two new routes between Pardubice Airport in the Czech Republic to Lviv and Kyiv in Ukraine. The carrier will offer three-times weekly service to both cities on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
On Tuesday (September 1, 2020), Wizz Air announced the start of two new routes between Pardubice Airport in the Czech Republic and the Ukrainian cities of Lviv and Kyiv. The airline will offer tree weekly flights to both destinations on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Wizz Air has introduced a range of enhanced health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of customers and crew including mandatory facemasks. Customers without masks will not be permitted to board, but the carrier is offering sanitizing kits for sale onboard which includes sanitizing gel, 2 pairs of gloves, 2 masks and 6 sanitizing pads. Wizz Air aircraft undergo stringent daily cleaning including an industry-leading fogging process with an antiviral solution. The carrier also encourages their guests to make all flight purchases online prior to departure and to make onboard purchases with contactless payment.
In Tuesday’s new route announcement, Wizz Air’s Corporate Communications Manager, Paulina Gosk said,
