Starting April 29, 2024, Vietjet will offer four weekly return flights between Ho Chi Minh City and Xi’an. The new Xi’an route expands the carrier’s Chinese network to three destinations, joining existing service to Shanghai and Chengdu.
On Thursday (April 4, 2024), Vietjet announced the launch of new service between Ho Chi Minh City and Xi’an, China. Starting April 29, 2024, the route will operate four times weekly on Mondays Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. Xi’an becomes the carrier’s third Chinese gateway, complementing existing service to Shanghai and Chengdu. Flights will depart Ho Chi Minh City at 20:05 and land at Xi’an Xianyang International Airport at 01:30+1. The return flights will depart Xi’an on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 02:20 and touch down in Ho Chi Minh City at 06:25 (all times local).
