United Airlines will restart service to Tel Aviv, Israel from Chicago and Washington D.C. starting November 1st and November 2, 2025, respectively.

On Thursday (September 4, 2025), United Airlines announced the relaunch of exclusive direct service to Tel Aviv, Israel from Chicago O’Hare (ORD) and Washington Dulles (IAD) starting November 1st and November 2, 2025, respectively. Chicago-Tel Aviv flights will operate four times weekly, while flights from Washington Dulles to Tel Aviv will operate two times per week. In Thursday’s announcement, United Airlines’ SVP – Global Network Planning and Alliances, Partick Quayle, said,
“The resumption of these flights underscores United’s longstanding commitment to Tel Aviv.”
Currently, United offers double daily service between Tel Aviv and Newark/New York, and has operated more flights to Tel Aviv this year than any other U.S. airline. United’s decision to resume service to Tel Aviv follows a detailed assessment of operational, safety, and security considerations in the region.
