Titan Aircraft Investments has acquired two Boeing 777F Freighters on lease to Ethiopian Airlines, expanding Titan’s fleet to support soaring airfreight demand.

On Thursday (January 31, 2025), Atlas Air Worldwide announced that Titan Aircraft Investments, the joint venture between Titan Aviation Holdings, Inc. and Bain Capital, have acquired two Boeing 777 Freighters on lease to Ethiopian Airlines. The aircraft, MSN 42022 and 42044, were purchased from Carlyle Aviation Partners. Titan, a subsidiary of Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc., and a leading global provider of outsourced aviation logistics, will now manage the freighter assets.
In Thursday’s announcement, Titan Asset Management Ireland Limited’s SVP and Chief Commercial Officer, Eamonn Forbes, said,
