TAP Air Portugal announced on Friday new seasonal routes for their summer 2021 schedule. From Lisbon the carrier will serve Zagreb, Fuerteventura and Ibiza in Europe, Djerba and Monastir in Tunisia as well as Oujda, Morocco.
On Friday (September 11, 2020), TAP Air Portugal announced six new routes for their summer 2020 schedule from Lisbon including service to Zagreb (Croatia), Fuerteventura and Ibiza (Spain), Djerba and Monastir (Tunisia) and Oujda (Morocco). From June 2021, TAP will offer twice-weekly service between Lisbon and Ibiza as well as one weekly flight between Lisbon and Fuerteventura in Spain. Flights to Ibiza, Fuerteventura and Zagreb are on sale today, while tickets for the other destinations will be available for purchase from September 15, 2020. Service to Zagreb will commence in March 2021, while inaugural flights on the other routes will launch between May and June 2021.
Lisbon-Ibiza flights will operate on Saturdays and Sundays, departing Lisbon at 11:00 AM and arriving in Ibiza at 1:45 PM, while the return flight departs Ibiza at 2:30 PM and arrives at Lisbon’s Humberto Delgado Airport at 3:25 PM. Flights between Lisbon and Fuerteventura will operate on Saturdays, departing Lisbon at 11:00 AM and arriving in Fuerteventura at 1:20 PM, while the return flight departs Fuerteventura at 2:05 PM, arriving in Lisbon at 4:10 PM. Three-times weekly flights between Lisbon and Zagreb will operate on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. Flights will depart the Portuguese capital at 8:00 AM and arrive in the Croatian capital at 12:05 PM.
TAP’s new flights to Djerba and Monastir in Tunisia will operate on Sundays and Fridays respectively. The Lisbon-Djerba service departs Lisbon at 9:25 AM and arrives in Djerba at 12:20 PM, while Monastir flights depart Lisbon at 10:00 AM and arrives in Monastir at 12:55 PM. Twice-weekly flights to Oujda, Morocco will operate on Saturdays and Sundays and will depart Lisbon at 10:00 AM and arrive in Oujda at 12:05 PM. Additionally, in 2021 TAP will launch service between Lisbon to Cancun, Cape Town, Agadir and Santiago de Compostela.
