The airline’s First Class product was further recognized at the 27th annual World Travel Awards ceremony, based on a global poll of travelers and travel industry specialists. This is the second time SWISS has received the top honor for their bespoke First Class experience.
On Monday (November 2, 2020), Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS) announced that they have been voted ‘Europe’s Leading Airline – First Class’ for the second time at the 27th annual World Travel Awards gala ceremony. The awards are based on polls from both travelers and leading travel industry specialists on key areas such as comfort, service quality and overall experience in every seating class. In Monday’s announcement, SWISS’s Chief Commercial Officer, Tamur Goudarzi Pour, said,
“We are delighted to receive this award. We view it as a confirmation that we are still maintaining our top quality standards even in these challenging times. And we also see it as an incentive to continue to set high benchmarks within our industry in the months and years ahead.”
Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS) is the national airline of Switzerland and embodies the country’s traditional values and excellence in the highest product and service quality levels.
