On Tuesday (July 28, 2026), LOT Polish Airlines announced the launch of a new travel experience for Business Class guests.  As part of the new offering, the airline is introducing revamped amenity kits, HDRÈY cosmetics and upgraded headphones.  LOT is also adding another route to the range of flights on which Bolesławiec pottery products are available.  The changes reflect the direction in which the LOT Business Class is progressing, as they aim to transform it into a well-respected experience that is solidly founded on quality, functionality, and collaboration with Polish brands.

In Tuesday’s announcement, LOT Polish Airlines’ Director – Product Experience and Customer Experience Officer, Izabela Leszczynska, said,

“Crafting the LOT Business Class experience resembles working on a well-designed space – what matters is not just one eye-catching detail, but the well-matched character of all aspects of the journey.  All new products, from pottery to cosmetics and headphones, have been introduced with the goal of creating a consistent and refined whole. Collaboration with Polish brands is a natural part of this approach.  Thanks to them, we are setting a standard that is showcased on board our aircraft and promoted globally.  Ultimately, the passengers are the ones who will judge the final outcome of the changes.  We do hope they will discover what was our guiding principle – attention to quality, functionality, and the tiniest of details.

LOT’s new amenity kits feature a more contemporary design, and two color options, including elegant navy blue and a warm hue of copper.  As in the previous version, the cosmetics are made by the Polish brand Phenomé.  This time, the kit has been expanded to include facial mist and eye patches, while face cream and lip balm are now offered in new packaging that is consistent with the refreshed appearance of the entire collection.

Commenting on the continued amenity kit collaboration, Phenomé’s CEO, Aldona Luterek, said,

“As the owner of the Phenomé brand, I consider the fact that our cosmetics - designed and manufactured in Poland - accompany passengers aboard LOT flights to be a true and unique privilege.  We receive numerous warm comments from travelers and inquiries about the cosmetics they come across on their flights.  It is worth noting that this particular series is available exclusively in LOT Business Class.  When creating this edition we were guided, as is always the case, by a desire to achieve a high level of quality and pleasure.  That is why we relied on proven, natural ingredients, strong moisturizing properties, and subtle fragrances.  I am also glad that passengers are offered everything they need to soothe and take good care of their skin on long-haul flights.  They receive face cream, lip balm, eye patches, and even a mist solution I recommend to be applied several times during the flight.”

Other accessories available in the kit, including eye masks, earplugs, toothbrushes, and socks have also been modified.  Each of these items has been refined with the aim of improving the level of comfort on long-haul flights.  From August 2026, guests traveling in LOT Business Class will also be offered the Woody Forest deodorant by the Polish Maroko Produkt brand, which will be available on all long-haul flights over the next six months.  The unique fragrance and its compact packaging will complement the revamped range of items available in the amenity kit.

Additionally, from August 2026, LOT Business Class will expand its offering with a signature skincare ritual developed in collaboration with the Polish brand HDRÈY.  A set of three products, including Full HA Micellar Water, Glass Skin MASK, and Glass Skin SERUM, will be available on all long-haul flights for the next twelve months.  The products have been developed as three complementary skincare treatments.  The micellar water gently cleanses the skin and prepares it for the next stages of the procedure.  The hydrogel mask deeply moisturizes the face, helping maintain a fresh and radiant appearance even during long-haul flights.  The skincare ritual is complemented by a serum that enhances the moisturizing effect and leaves the skin soft and radiant.

Further commenting on the collaboration with LOT, HDRÈY’s Founder and CEO, Rafal Afanasjef, added,

“For me, collaborating with LOT is a huge honor and a great source of pride.  The airline’s brand boasts a long history.  It is also a symbol of quality, trust, and prestige.  Therefore, I am thrilled that HDRÈY products may serve as a foundation of this partnership.  I am also convinced that LOT passengers will appreciate and love the high quality of the HDRÈY range.  I believe this is just the beginning of our journey together, with many inspiring projects lying ahead”

The new Business Class headphones feature an ergonomic design and soft ear pads that allow users to fully focus on movies, music, or podcasts available via the in-flight entertainment (IFE) system.  As the fleet modernization process progresses, the headphones will also be equipped with an active noise cancellation feature.  Additionally, the plastic bag has been replaced with a paper wrapper, consistent with the new standard of onboard equipment and the visuals of the refreshed offering. The new headphones will be available in LOT Business Class from August 2026.

New headphones have also been introduced in LOT Premium Economy and LOT Economy Classes.  Premium Class guests will receive dedicated over-ear headphones for the first time, while those traveling in Economy Class may now take advantage of a new in-ear model with a better fit and improved sound quality.  The packaging has also changed, as plastic bags have been replaced by paper wrappers and envelopes. The new headphones are already available in both classes on LOT Polish Airlines flights.

Finally, the process of introducing Bolesławiec pottery on long-haul LOT Business Class flights is steadily progressing.  Since July 1st, tableware from Manufaktura in Bolesławiec, previously featured on flights to Tokyo, has been available to passengers traveling in both directions on flights from Warsaw and Wrocław to Seoul.  Dishes inspired by the flavors of the Far East are served, on outbound and inbound legs of the journey alike, using pottery designed specifically for Poland’s national carrier.

LOT Polish Airlines connects Central and Eastern Europe with the rest of the world, including the U.S., Canada, India, Japan and South Korea.  The carrier operates long-haul flights with state-of-the-art Boeing 787 Dreamliners.  Founded in 1929, LOT Polish Airlines is the 11th oldest airline in the world, and is also one of the most internationally recognized Polish brands.
