SWISS's Long-Haul First and Business Class Guests Are Treated to a Taste of Canton Zug

Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS) announced last Wednesday (March 4, 2020) that long-haul First and Business Class guests will enjoy culinary specialties from Canton Zug through early June.


SWISS’s Business Guests will be offered a choice of sautéed beef fillet with wild garlic demi-glace – Courtesy Swiss International Air Lines.

Last Wednesday (March 4, 2020), Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS) announced that First and Business Class guests will be offered a taste of Canton Zug with specially crafted menus. The meal creations from the 16-GaultMillau-point WART restaurant in Hünenberg will be available from March 4th through early June 2020. The latest chapter in the carrier’s “SWISS Taste of Switzerland” culinary program, the modern dishes have been created by WART’s chef de cuisine, Sebastian Rabe.



SWISS's First and Business guests will also enjoy the full range of Canton Zug’s culinary traditions as meals will be accompanied by assorted regional cheeses featuring selections from the Chäs-Hütte Rust in Walchwil the Chäsladä Unterägeri and the Chäshuus in Steinhausen. The airline’s award-winning “SWISS Taste of Switzerland” culinary program highlights the wealth of Switzerland’s culinary traditions by inviting a new celebrated chef every three months to present specialties from their local Swiss region.
