SkyTeam has announced the official opening of their newest branded lounge at Frankfurt Airport, marking their flagship lounge in Europe, and further elevating the premium airport experience.

On Wednesday (April 22, 2026), the SkyTeam global airline alliance announced the official opening of their newest branded lounge at Frankfurt Airport (FRA), marking their flagship lounge in Europe, and further strengthening its global network of premium airport experiences. Located on the fourth-floor mezzanine in Fraport’s Terminal 3’s non-Schengen international zone, the new 550 square-meter lounge offers seating for 126 guests and is designed to provide an elevated experience for First, Business and SkyTeam Elite Plus customers.
In Wednesday’s announcement, SkyTeam’s CEO, Patrick Roux, said,

The new lounge combines comfort, quality and thoughtful design in one of the region's most important aviation markets.”

Blending modern comfort with nature-inspired design, SkyTeam’s new Frankfurt lounge features panoramic airfield views alongside a range of premium amenities. Guests can enjoy showers, high-speed internet, a soundproof phone booth, a dedicated relaxation area and an exclusive VIP space, catering to both productivity and rest. Additionally, the lounge offers a curated dining experience with freshly prepared local and international cuisine served throughout the day. The space also features a live cooking area and a digital menu, allowing guests to conveniently order hot meals via QR code. Menus highlight locally sourced ingredients and a selection of regional dishes, alongside iconic German beers and wines.
