Norwegian Air Launches New Routes From Trondheim and Stavanger

Norwegian will launch new service from Trondheim to Berlin, Manchester and Copenhagen, as well as a new route between Stavanger and Paris. Twice-weekly service from Trondheim to Berlin and Copenhagen will start on April 7th with Manchester service from August 15th.

On Wednesday (January 26, 2022), Norwegian Air announced the launch of new routes from Trondheim Airport, Værnes to Berlin, Manchester and Copenhagen, as well as new service between Stavanger and Paris. Twice weekly service from Værnes to Copenhagen and Berlin will start on April 7, 2022, while two weekly flights between Trondheim and Manchester will launch on August 15, 2022. Summer seasonal service between Stavanger and Paris will commence on June 14th and will operate on Wednesdays and Sundays until August 14, 2022.


In Wednesday’s announcement, Norwegian Air’s Executive Vice President – Networking, Pricing and Planning, Thomas Maursund, said,


“We think we are on our way out of the pandemic, and after almost two years with many travel restrictions, we are very happy to open up further and launch new international direct routes from important cities in Norway. With Værnes and Sola as a starting point, we look forward to welcoming customers on board with courses for exciting destinations, and we are also looking forward to greeting foreign tourists who want to go on holiday in Norway with Trondheim and Stavanger as a starting point.”
