Lufthansa’s New Long Haul Experience ‘Lufthansa Allegris’ Takes Flight on May 1st, 2024

Lufthansa Allegris, the carrier’s new long-haul experience, will take to the skies on May 1st, 2024 on flights between Munich and Vancouver, as well as to Toronto, and later to Chicago, and Montreal for summer 2024.

On Tuesday (April 16, 2024), Lufthansa announced that their highly-anticipated new travel experience, ‘Lufthansa Allegris’, will take flight on May 1st, 2024.  The first Airbus A350 equipped with the new product will fly from Munich to Vancouver, and the next, to Toronto.  As more new Airbus A350s are delivered, the carrier will offer the Allegris cabin on flights to Chicago and Montreal during the summer 2024 season.

Customers can now view a seat map for all Allegris flights from May 1st via Lufthansa’s familiar booking channels, with all special Allegris seats, such as the five options in Business Class described.  Lufthansa guests already booked on these flights will be notified of their 'upgrade' to the new Allegris cabin.  In Business Class, seat reservations will be free of charge during the first few months as Allegris rolls out, and can be changed easily via the booking channels.  Customers can determine whether a flight is equipped with the new Allegris product three weeks prior to departure.
