For example, Lufthansa Cargo can transport blueberries from Argentina, avocados from Mexico or beans from Kenya all the way to the recipient in warehouses in the UK or the Netherlands.
In Wednesday’s announcement, Lufthansa Cargo’s Global Industry Manager – Agriculture & Food, Wouter Boekee, said,

With our special Perishables-to-Door service, we also offer Europe's leading food markets direct delivery via the Frankfurt, Munich and Brussels hubs.”
With their cargo hub in Frankfurt and Europe’s largest state-of-the-art perishable center, with fast and vacuum cooling capabilities, as well as its optimal location for European food distribution, Lufthansa Cargo is a reliable and experienced agri-food industry partner. The company offers an extensive network with freighter and passenger connections from the most important export countries for fruits and vegetables. Lufthansa Cargo has exhibited at Fruit Logistica since 2013, and this year the carrier’s booth can be found in Hall 25, Stand C-07.
