On Monday (February 12, 2024), Emirates announced the celebration of Valentine’s Day this February 14th, both in the air and in their lounges.  Onboard, guests will be treated to Valentine’s Day cakes and chocolates, while lounge visitors will enjoy a range of decadent pink desserts and romantic rosé champagne.  Additionally, customers can browse and purchase special gifts on EmiratesRED, or enjoy an array of romantic movies and music onboard with Emirates’ award-winning ‘ice’ inflight entertainment (IFE) offer.

Customers flying with Emirates on Valentine’s Day in all classes will be treated to mini red velvet cupcakes adorned with hearts in a mini gift box, while warm red mood lighting lights up the cabin.  Visitors to Emirates iconic Airbus A380 Onboard Lounges will be served pink and red cupcakes, while First Class guests will be welcomed onboard with a glass of Dom Pérignon Rosé 2008, and Business Class customers with Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial.

In Emirates’ Dubai Lounges, First Class customers can follow their delicious à-la-carte and buffet appetizers and main courses with a dessert of passion fruit pavlova with Chantilly cream, while Business Class customers can indulge in a lemon Valentine’s verbena cake, strawberry and yuzu Valentine’s tartlet, or a fragrant hibiscus, strawberry and almond mousse.  First and Business Class customers can also visit Emirates’ dedicated old-fashioned ice cream cart and enjoy homemade strawberry cheesecake ice cream or raspberry and rose sorbet.  The in-lounge Costa Coffee Café will be serving heart-shaped donuts and chocolates, as well as Dilmah’s Valentines iced tea, a special blend to mark the occasion.

As previously mentioned, shoppers can browse and purchase last minute Valentine’s Day gifts via the EmiratesRED inflight magazine.  Customers can also save when buying two fragrances with a US $15 discount on brands such as Amouage, Givenchy, YSL, Creed parfums, Versace, Cartier and Hermes.  Additionally, EmiratesRED pre-order is available on most flights, where customers can shop from 21 days to 40 hours before their flight.  At checkout, customers will provide their flight details and the merchandise will be delivered by cabin crew directly to their seat inflight.  Emirates' guests are invited to enter the code RED10 at checkout to save an additional 10 percent off their purchases.  Emirates Skywards members can also earn miles when shopping their favorite brands across the UAE, UK, USA, Australia and India online with the Skywards Miles Mall.
