On Wednesday (August 27, 2025), LOT Polish Airlines revealed the cabin interiors for their upcoming Airbus A220s, which will gradually join the carrier’s fleet from 2027.  The aircraft will feature ergonomic 18-inch wide RECARO seats produced at the company’s manufacturing facility in Świebodzin, Poland, with integrated device holders, a 60W USB-C power outlet, and a convenient cup holder.  Depending on the version, the aircraft will accommodate either 125 passengers (A220-100) or 149 passengers (A220-300).

In Wednesday’s announcement, LOT Polish Airlines’ Director of Product Development and Customer Experience, Izabela Leszczyńska, said,

“The A220 sets a new travel standard at LOT. With greater comfort, quieter cabins, and modern tech features, every flight will feel even smoother.  These planes are designed with our passengers in mind.”

LOT’s new A220s be configured in two classes, including LOT Economy Class and LOT Business Class.  Business Class guests will enjoy enhanced service, exclusive lounge access, and a higher baggage allowance.

The A220 Family aircraft features Airbus’ Airspace design, used in the manufacturer’s latest aircraft, offers a more spacious interior, an intuitive cabin layout, and dynamic LED lighting that adapts to the time of day and stage of the flight. Additionally, larger windows bring in more natural light and offer better views, while larger overhead bins offer the best storage capacity in the aircraft’s class.  LOT also plans on rolling out Wi-Fi, allowing passengers to use messaging apps or work while flying.
