LOT Polish Airlines Introduces ‘Michelin-starred Flavours in LOT Business Class’

LOT Polish Airlines has today unveiled a new inflight dining service called ‘Michelin-starred flavours in LOT Business Class.’  The fine dining main course options will be available to Business Class guests traveling on long-haul flights departing Warsaw.

On Tuesday (September 9, 2025), LOT Polish Airlines announced the launch of an elevated inflight dining service called ‘Michelin-starred flavours in LOT Business Class.’  Business Class guests traveling on long-haul flights departing Warsaw Chopin Airport can now can indulge in a main course designed by Bartosz Szymczak, Co-Owner and Head Chef of Rozbrat 20, a Michelin-starred restaurant and one of the Krug Ambassadors.


In Tuesday’s announcement, LOT Polish Airlines’ Director – Product Development and Customer Experience, Izabela Leszczyńska, said,


“The development of LOT Polish Airlines’ in-flight offering is a strategic direction for us, in which we consistently   focus on unique travel experiences.  Not only does Michelin-starred flavours in LOT Business Class enhance the quality and prestige of our offer, but they highlight Polish hospitality and culinary culture worldwide.  We truly believe that every stage of a journey should be inspiring – not only the destination, but also the journey itself and its unique qualities, which can be experienced by passengers on board our aircraft. That is why we offer solutions that combine comfort with unforgettable culinary experiences.”

 

Also commenting on the new onboard culinary collaboration, Rozbrat 20’s Co-Owner and Head Chef, Bartosz Szymczak, said,

LOT Business Class guests can place their main course order at the time of booking, or at least 24 hours prior to departure via the ‘Manage your booking’ tab on the LOT website, at the LOT Contact Centre, with sales agents, or at the airport.  The menu created by Bartosz Szymczak, Head Chef at Rozbrat 20, will be available until 31 January 2026.
