On Monday (May 11, 2026), Loganair announced the launch of new direct service between Jersey and Norwich.  The first flight took off on Jersey Liberation Day, Saturday, May 9th, marking another milestone in the airline’s continued investment in connectivity for the Channel Islands.  The new seasonal route will operate on Saturdays, increasing to twice weekly, with an additional frequency on Wednesdays from June 3rd, which will then run until September 19, 2026, with one-way fares starting from £109.  The service strengthens links between Jersey and the East of England.

In Monday’s announcement, Loganair’s Chief Commercial Officer, Ronnie Matheson, said,

“The successful launch of our Norwich service marks another important step in strengthening Jersey’s air connectivity and providing greater choice for customers travelling to the UK. Launching the route on Jersey Liberation Day made the occasion particularly special, as we continue to invest in services that support local communities, tourism and business travel.

With Norwich now operating successfully, and additional routes to East Midlands, Paris Charles de Gaulle and Bordeaux launching over the coming weeks, customers in Jersey will benefit from even more convenient access to key destinations across the UK and Europe, alongside seamless onward connections through our global airline partners.”

Also commenting on the new route launch, the Ports of Jersey’s Head of Connectivity, Paul Holley, said,

“We’re delighted to see increased UK regional and European connectivity as Loganair further expands its base in Jersey, with services to Norwich, East Midlands and Paris, alongside the exciting addition of Bordeaux.  Together with greater choice for Islanders, particularly with two direct services to France, these routes support our visitor economy by making Jersey accessible to key UK and European markets.”

The new Norwich service is part of a wider expansion of Loganair’s Jersey schedule for summer 2026, with three additional routes set to commence in the coming weeks.  Flights to East Midlands will operate daily from May 31st through October 24th, with one-way fares from £94, while flights to Paris Charles de Gaulle will operate on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays from May 31st through October 22nd, also from £94 one-way.  Additionally, a new route to Bordeaux will launch on June 19th, operating on Mondays and Fridays through October 5th, with one-way fares from £86.

Loganair customers enjoy a 21kg baggage allowance included as standard, providing added value for longer stays and multi-stop trips, alongside convenient connections across the airline’s extensive regional network.  travelers can also benefit from Loganair’s partnerships with Emirates, Qatar Airways, Turkish Airlines, Singapore Airlines and Aer Lingus, securing onward connectivity with a single ticket.  Loganair was named the most punctual major airline for UK arrivals and departures in 2025 (January-September) by the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), with 81 percent of their flights arriving and departing on time.
