Jetstar has rolled out new ‘Flight Bundles’, ranging from a basic bundle for customers wishing to only purchase a seat and checked bag, to more flexible bundles that include a range of options and products.
On Wednesday (June 19, 2024), Jetstar announced the roll out of new ‘Fare Bundles’ designed to give customers more choice, value and convenience. The bundles range from a basic ‘Starter Plus Bundle’ which includes a seat and checked bag, to more flexible bundles that include a range of products and options. Three of the new bundles, including Flex, Flex Plus and Business Max, also now enable Qantas Business Rewards members to earn Qantas Points.
In Wednesday’s announcement, Jetstar’s Executive Manager – Customer, Jenn Armor, said,
“Whether you’re off on a family holiday, or flying solo on a day trip for work, our new and improved bundles have been designed based on our customers’ feedback and our analysis of travel trends. We know that some travellers prefer to travel light, with just an added seat and bag, and our new Starter Plus Bundle caters for exactly that.
“And for travellers looking for more comfort and flexibility, our Flex Plus is a one stop shop, with upfront seating, a meal, checked bags, same day flight changes at no extra charge and the option to cancel the booking for a credit voucher. We look forward to hearing feedback from our customers on the refreshed bundles, as we continue to roll out improvements for customers right across our business and operation.”
