On Tuesday (September 6, 2022), JetBlue Vacations announced an expansion of their Insider Experience Program, which includes unique concierge services, to Nassau, Bahamas. The program is currently also available on JetBlue Vacations flight + hotel packages to Aruba, Cancún, Montego Bay and Punta Cana. Launched in 2020, the Insider Experience extends JetBlue’s award-winning service in-destination, placing customers in the trusted hands of local experts to assist them throughout their journey. Some of the benefits include airport meet-and-greet, free airport transfers, concierge services and 24/7 problem solving with a local insider.

In today’s announcment, JetBlue Travel Products’ President, Andres Barry, said,

“As JetBlue Vacations continues to grow, we are excited to continue to help deliver on the mission of bringing humanity to travel. We are thrilled to expand our Insider Experience program to Nassau, a bustling tourist hot spot and top destination for JetBlue Vacations customers. The Insider Experience is an in-person problem solver and concierge, all wrapped in one, and has proven itself to be an added value to the typical bundled vacation package, where customers are getting more than they’re paying for.”

After landing and exiting the baggage claim area, JetBlue Vacations Insiders are there to greet guests and assist them with anything needed. In addition to answering any questions, Insiders escort customers to their complimentary airport transfer, so they can start their vacation seamlessly. JetBlue Insiders hail from credible and well-established destination management companies and are local experts. In addition to dedicated training, they have also participated in JetBlue trainings on the carrier's legendary hospitality and customer service. The Insider Experience also includes before, during and post-trip support including access to Insiders via WhatsApp or phone seven days before their trip for help booking tours, activities or restaurant reservations, local contact info for their Insider, and onsite emergency support to quickly resolve potential problems in-person.

Celebrating the expansion of their Insider Experience, JetBlue Vacations is offering up to $500 off flight + Hotel packages to Nassau, Bahamas.
