From January 2022, JetBlue is introducing a series of enhanced benefits for TrueBlue Mosaic loyalty members. The carrier is also introducing an all-new loyalty experience, Mosaic+, rewarding their most engaged customers.
On Friday (December 17, 2021), JetBlue announced a series of enhancements to their to their TrueBlue® loyalty program for Mosaic® members starting in January 2022. Additionally, the carrier is introducing an all-new loyalty experience, Mosaic+, rewarding their most engaged customers. All Mosaic members wo qualify in 2022 will be eligible for special new perks only available in 2022 until the end of the year. From January 5th through December 31, 2022, JetBlue Mosaic members will be able to use new and exclusive benefits including Even More® Space seat upgrades, access the FoundersCard benefits and new ground transportation perks. The enhanced benefits are in addition to the existing suite of benefits already enjoyed by Mosaic members.
In Friday’s announcement, JetBlue’s Vice President of Loyalty and Personalization, Don Uselmann, said,
“TrueBlue has always been about giving our customers new ways to get even more of the JetBlue travel experience they already know and love, which is why in 2022 we’re rolling out additional benefits for our most frequent fliers to look forward to. With new perks on the way in the new year we’re making sure our Mosaic program always offers our most loyal customers something new to look forward to.”
For 2022, Mosaic members will enjoy a 100 percent redemption on Even More Space redemptions when they purchase the upgraded seats with points at the time of booking or check-in. The option will never exceed 200 points and Mosaic members will receive a 200 point rebate after flying. Mosaics will also receive exclusive FoundersCard Membership with over 500 premium travel, business and lifestyle benefits, including member pricing and privileges, loyalty status upgrades and more. Once a customer qualifies for Mosaic, they will receive an enrollment e-mail. Additionally, Mosaics will receive unlimited upgrades from Express to Business First on the Heathrow Express between Heathrow and Paddington Station.
JetBlue is also rewarding their most engaged Mosaic members with the introduction of Mosaic+, which includes all previously described benefits as well as complimentary Mint Class upgrades. To Qualify for Mosaic+, customers must earn 45,000 Mosaic Qualifying Points or spend $150,000 on their JetBlue Plus Card or JetBlue Business Card. Mosaic+ members will enjoy up to four upgrades to Mint at no extra charge when they purchase a seat in the back. The upgrades can be redeemed for any flight, excluding London, pending availability 24 before departure. Once members qualify for Mosaic+, they will also receive even more benefits with FoundersCard Elite. Qualifying members will receive an email link for FoundersCard Elite benefits.
Finally, as part of JetBlue’s growing Northeast Alliance with American Airlines, TrueBlue loyalty members can earn Mosaic Qualifying Points on all American-operated flights. This includes American flights operated with the JetBlue code within the Northeast Alliance, and all other American Airlines’ flights worldwide.
