On Monday (January 23, 2023), ITA Airways announced that they have signed a reciprocal conversion partnership with Accor’s loyalty program, ALL-Accor Live Limitless. From January 26, 2023, ITA Airways’ VOLARE points and ALL Reward points can be easily transferred. Members of ALL will now be able to earn Reward points when flying with ITA Airways by converting 4,000 VOLARE points into 1,000 ALL Reward points. Points can then be redeemed for hotel stays globally to reduce the total bill or for room upgrades. Members can also redeem points for VIP suites at major sporting events, culinary master classes, exclusive jazz classes and more, such as a candlelight ballet dedicated to Tchaikovsky at Rome’s Teatro Ghione. Likewise, ALL members can convert their Rewards points into VOLARE points to redeem for tickets or service upgrades, with every 4,000 ALL Reward points transferable for 5,000 VOLARE points.

In Monday’s announcement, Accor Europe’s Chief Commercial Officer, Ian Di Tullio, said,

“We are proud to partner with ITA Airways, the leading airline company in Italy. Italy is among the most beloved and visited countries on the planet; it is thus one of our priority markets for experience, partnership, and hotel development. This partnership with VOLARE, ITA Airways’ loyalty program illustrates the importance this country holds for Accor and its members. The introduction of this dual reward scheme will enable both ALL - Accor Live Limitless members and VOLARE members to benefit from a richer value proposition coupled with unrivalled services. Partnership with ALL will also give access to VOLARE members to an eco-system with lots of point accumulation and redemption opportunities. Our ambition is to offer a wide variety of rewards, services, and experiences.”

Members of both loyalty programs will benefit from service on 51 routes operated by ITA Airways and over 5,300 Accor hotels and resorts (including 83 in Italy), as well as 10,000 food and beverage venues in 110 countries.
