IndiGo will launch new daily nonstop service between Mumbai and Istanbul starting January 1st, 2023. The new route will enhance connectivity between India and Turkey, with seamless onward connectivity via Istanbul through Indigo’s codeshare partner Turkish Airlines.
On Tuesday (October 11, 2022), IndiGo announced the launch of new daily nonstop service between Mumbai and Istanbul from January 1st, 2023. Customers traveling to Istanbul will also enjoy seamless one-stop connectivity via Indigo’s codeshare partner, Turkish Airlines. The new connection will also enhance the tourist footprint in Istanbul, offering easy access to popular sites and attractions including Hagia Sophia Mosque, Dolmabahce Palace, the Bosphorus Strait, Istanbul Sea Life Aquarium, the Blue Mosque, the Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazar, Turkish and Islamic Arts Museum, the Istanbul Cevahir Mall and more.
In Tuesday’s announcment, IndiGo’s Head of Global Sales, Mr. Vinay Malhotra, said,
