Frontier Airlines will launch new seasonal service to Montego Bay, Jamaica from Denver, Chicago Midway and St. Louis from February 2023. The Chicago-Montego Bay service will operate once weekly, while Denver and St. Louis flights will operate three times weekly.
On Tuesday (October 4, 2022), Frontier Airlines announced the launch of new winter seasonal service to Sangster International Airport (MBJ) in Montego Bay, from Denver (DEN), Chicago Midway (MDW) and St. Louis (STL). Flights from Denver and St. Louis will be offered three times weekly, while service between Chicago Midway and Montego Bay will operate once weekly. With the new service, Frontier Airlines will serve 70 nonstop destinations from Denver with one-way fares from $109. To qualify for the low introductory fares, tickets must be booked by 11:59 p.m. Eastern time on October 9, 2022, for travel on select days of the week from February 7th through April 19, 2023. Blackout dates include March 16-26, April 5-8, and April 10, 2023.
In Tuesday’s announcement on the new service between Denver and Montego Bay, Frontier Airlines’ Senior Vice President of Commercial, Daniel Shurz, said,
“We’re thrilled to offer direct service from Denver to Montego Bay—one of the most popular vacation destinations in the Caribbean. This new service will make getting from Colorado to the tropical paradise of Jamaica fast, convenient and affordable this winter.”
Commenting on the new Chicago Midway service to Montego Bay, Frontier’s Daniel Schurz added,
“We’re thrilled to offer this popular Caribbean paradise to Frontier’s growing list of destinations we serve from MDW. We’re committed to bringing even more of our ‘Low Fares Done Right’ to consumers in Chicago and beyond.”
With T&Cs the new route, Frontier will serve a total of 12 nonstop destinations from Chicago Midway, with one-way fares from only $99 (the same T&Cs previously mentioned apply).
Further commenting on the launch of new service between St. Louis and Montego Bay, Mr. Shurz said,
“We’re proud of our continued growth in St. Louis with this new international destination. Frontier will be the airline offering the most nonstop service to Jamaica, and consumers can get there affordably and conveniently with our ‘Low Fares Done Right.’”
With the new route, Frontier will offer nonstop service to eight destinations from Chicago Midway, with one-way fares from only $99 (the same T&Cs previously mentioned apply).
