Frontier Airlines to Launch New Service Between New York-JFK and Atlanta

Starting August 13, 2024, Frontier Airlines will begin daily nonstop service between New York-JFK and Atlanta.  As previously announced, the carrier is also launching new daily direct service between JFK and Las Vegas on the same date.


On Thursday (June 27, 2024), Frontier Airlines announced the launch of new daily direct service between New York (JFK) and Atlanta (ATL) starting August 13, 2024.  This is in addition to the carrier’s previous announcement of the start of new service between JFK and Las Vegas (LAS) which will also commence on August 13th.  In celebration of the new JFK-ATL route, Frontier is offering introductory one-way fares from only $29 (T&Cs apply).


In Thursday’s announcement, Frontier Airlines’ VP – Network and Operations Design, Josh Flyr, said,


“We’re thrilled to announce this new service at JFK, offering area consumers affordable and convenient travel to Atlanta and beyond.  With ‘The New Frontier,’ consumers can easily see upfront when making a reservation what’s included in the fare and the exceptional value offered by flying Frontier.”


Frontier Airlines (NASDAQ: ULCC)  is committed to “Low Fares Done Right.”  The Denver-based carrier operates 147 Airbus A320 Family aircraft and has the largest Airbus A320neo fleet in the U.S., delivering the highest level of fuel-efficiency and noise footprint reduction compared to previous generation models.  The company also currently has approximately 200 new Airbus A320neo Family aircraft on order.  Frontier offers customers the ability to customize travel to their needs and budget, including base fares, a-la-carte options and one low-priced bundle called the WORKS.
