Frontier Airlines announced a major network expansion today with the addition of 27 new nonstop routes and new international service to Guadalajara and Monterrey, Mexico. The carrier is also growing service from Philadelphia and Raleigh-Durham airports.
On Wednesday (March 9, 2022), ULCC Frontier Airlines announced a major network expansion with 27 new nonstop routes and new international service to Guadalajara and Monterrey in Mexico. The airline is also significantly growing their service from Philadelphia (PHL) and Raleigh-Durham (RDU) Airports. In celebration of their network growth, Frontier is offering introductory one-way fares from only $29. To qualify for the promotional fares, tickets must be purchased by 11:59 p.m. EST on March 15, 2022. Fares are valid for nonstop travel on select days. For services starting on or before May 2nd, fares are valid for travel through May 25th, while fares on routes launching between May 12th and June 2nd are valid for travel between June 14th and August 15, 2022. Blackout dates include May 27-30 and June 30th through July 11, 2022 (roundtrip purchase not required).
In today’s announcement, Frontier Airlines’ Senior Vice President of Commercial, Daniel Shurz, said,

We are also significantly growing in Philadelphia and Raleigh-Durham as part of this major expansion of service as we get ready for an extremely busy spring and summer travel season. Consumers are ready to travel and we encourage them to take advantage of our ultra-low fares and friendly service to popular destinations across the U.S. and beyond.”
