Etihad Airways has revealed their summer 2024 schedule, which includes new flights to Nice, and direct service to the Greek Islands of Mykonos and Santorini. The expanded schedule will offer 25 percent more weekly departures than summer 2023.
On Monday (November 20, 2023), Etihad Airways unveiled their exciting summer 2024 schedule, with 25 percent more weekly departures than summer 2023, including several new destinations. The carrier will launch new service to Nice in the South of France, and also offer direct flights to the popular Greek hotspots of Mykonos and Santorini. Due to its popularity with guests, Etihad is also extending service to Copenhagen year-round, and will add frequencies across their network to destinations such as Ahmedabad, Athens, Bangkok and Colombo.
In Monday’s announcement, Etihad Airways’ Chief Executive Officer, Antonoaldo Neves, said,
“Our exciting summer schedule reinforces our commitment to growth, giving our customers the destinations, frequencies and timings for European and Asian destinations which suit them. It also allows us to attract more visitors to Abu Dhabi to promote the expansion of tourism in our wonderful home.
“We are boosting capacity to international locations and introducing destinations, including Nice on the Cote d’Azur, allowing our guests to enjoy even more fantastic travel experiences. Our schedule is also making it easier to stopover in Abu Dhabi to enjoy our exhilarating and welcoming home.”
Etihad's updated summer 2024 schedule is in addition to new destinations already announced for 2024, including Kozhikode and Thiruvananthapuram on the Indian Subcontinent, Boston (U.S.), and Nairobi, Kenya.
