Etihad Airways Launches ‘Etihad for Business’ Corporate Portal

Etihad Airways has officially launched their ‘Etihad for Business’ corporate portal with enhanced self-service capabilities, allowing companies to manage travel programs and redeem benefits online.

On Thursday (July 17, 2025), Etihad Airways announced the launch of their ‘Etihad for Business’ corporate portal, bringing the carrier’s comprehensive business travel program fully online.  Businesses can now access their complete corporate travel management suite through a single digital platform, allowing simplified management of travel programs with enhanced tools, real time performance data, and benefit redemptions.  Additionally, with Etihad for Business, corporate customers can now access contract details, monitor travel spend, and redeem Etihad for Business credits for a comprehensive suite of travel benefits.

In Thursday’s announcement, Etihad Airways’ VP – Global Sales & Distribution, Javier Alija, said,

“We’ve created a platform that puts control directly in our corporate partners’ hands.  Companies can now manage everything from performance tracking to benefit redemptions through one simple interface.  Business travel management should be straightforward, not complicated.  Our portal delivers exactly that: a user-friendly experience that makes it easy for companies to maximise the value of their travel programmes.”

The Etihad for Business program rewards corporate customers for their business travel through a flexible credit system.  Businesses can use earned credits to purchase from a range of benefits including seat upgrades, priority services, lounge access, and ground transportation.  Key portal features include automated performance reports, transparent tiering requirements, and simplified contract management, which helps to eliminate administrative burdens while providing companies with clear visibility into their travel program value.

Based on the needs of the individual business, the platform offers different levels of support.  Soon, the portal will also offer enhanced analytics capabilities, with additional features planned over time.  Corporate customers can also access dedicated support through the platform, from online assistance to account management services.  By combining digital efficiency with personalized service, Etihad for Business will assist travel management companies and businesses in managing their corporate travel programs more effectively.
