On Wednesday (November 26, 2025), Emirates announced that their Airbus A350 aircraft will make its debut in Canada on February 1st, 2026 serving the Montréal-Dubai route.  The A350 aircraft will replace the current Boeing 777 aircraft operating the daily service and its deployment marks the introduction of Emirates’ latest cabin class, Premium Economy, in Canada.  The aircraft features Emirates’ latest interiors, industry-first technologies and innovations, and its roll out reinforces Emirates’ commitment to customers in Canada.  Guests flying to and from Montréal will now have more choices when making travel plans, and can enjoy exceptional levels of comfort onboard.  Emirates’ A350 features three cabin classes with 32 Business Class seats in a 1-2-1 layout, 28 Premium Economy seats with generous legroom, and 238 Economy Class seats.

The A350 will operate daily to/from Montréal as EK243 and EK244.  Flight EK243 departs Dubai at 02:45, arriving in Montréal at 07:35.  The return flight, EK244, departs Montréal at 10:40 and arrives in Dubai at 08:00+1 (all times local).

The deployment of the A350 to Canada and the launch of Premium Economy cabins to the country marks a significant enhancement to Emirates’ service on the route.  The carrier also operates their flagship A380 with daily service to Toronto, providing an elevated flying experience to customers planning trips to and from the airline’s two Canadian gateways. Additionally, through their codeshare partnership with Air Canada, Emirates customers can access 37 additional points in Canada and the US, from Montréal and Toronto.
