Emirates has today announced the launch of an on-demand charter service, offering convenience, flexibility, privacy and comfort for guests who want to take short trips in the GCC. The service will operate from Dubai’s Al Maktoum International Airport.
On Tuesday (July 11, 2023), Emirates announced the launch of a new on-demand regional charter service, providing flexibility, convenience, privacy and comfort for VIP guests wanting to take short trips in the GCC region from Dubai’s Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC). The service will be operated with the airline’s Embraer Phenom 100 twin-jet aircraft, allowing customers to conveniently connect to GCC destinations both within and outside the Emirates network. This includes quick turnarounds to destinations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and within the UAE.
The Embraer Phenom 100 seats up to four passengers, and guests on short flights will be offered a well-stocked hamper of light bites and refreshments. In addition to a carry-on handbag, each traveler can check-in one medium sized bag weighing up to 15 kilograms. Customers with special requests are encouraged to consult with their booking representative or travel agent. In Dubai, customers can expect Emirates Chauffeur Drive Services for transport to DWC, as well as VIP treatment upon arrival at the airport, including a dedicated representative who will support them throughout the airport journey. Upon arrival at their destination, guests will benefit from fast on-ground escorted arrival, as well as quick VIP clearance at customs and immigration. If available, customers will also have access to the private terminal lounge.
