Embraer Reports Third Quarter 2025 Net Profit of $128.8 Million or $0.16 per Diluted ADS Share

Embraer has reported a third quarter net profit of $128.8 million or $0.16 per diluted ADS share on a year-over-year increase in revenue of 18 percent to $2.0 billion, a third quarter company record.

On Tuesday (November 4, 2025), Embraer reported their third quarter financial results for the period ending September 30, 2025. reported a third quarter net profit of $128.8 million or $0.16 per diluted ADS share on a year-over-year increase in revenue of 18 percent to $2.0 billion, a third quarter company record. At the close of the third quarter, Embraer’s liquidity position remained strong, with a cash position on a consolidated basis of $2.01 billion, complemented by their undrawn $1.0 billion Revolver Credit Facility (RCF).
Embraer delivered 62 aircraft in 3Q25, of which 20 were commercial jets (13 E2s and 7 E1s), 41 were executive jets (23 light and 18 medium), and one was defense was (KC-390 Millennium), up 5.0 percent versus 59 aircraft delivered during the same period last year. At the end of the third quarter, Embraer’s firm order backlog was valued at $31.3 billion, an all-time high.
Embraer’s third quarter commercial aviation revenue was $618 million, up 31 percent compared to Q3 2024, primarily driven by better product mix and higher volumes and prices. The company’s executive aviation revenue totaled $583 million, up 4.0 percent versus the same period last year, propped by higher prices. Embraer’s Q3 defense and security revenues totaled $268 million, attributable to higher KC-390 sales, and a one-time contract related adjustment. During the period, the company’s services and support revenues totaled $493 million, up year-over-year by 16 percent, driven by higher volumes across all segments.
