Embraer Reports Second Quarter 2025 Net Profit of $69.3 Million or $0.43 per Diluted ADS Share

Embraer has reported a second quarter 2025 net profit of $69.3 million or $0.43 per diluted ADS share on a year-over-year revenue increase of 22 percent to $1.82 billion. The company ended the period with a record firm order backlog valued at $29.7 billion.

On Tuesday (August 5, 2025), Embraer reported their second quarter financial results for the period ending June 30, 2025. The company reported a second quarter net profit of $69.3 million or $0.43 per diluted ADS (American Depositary Share). At the end of the period, Embraer’s firm order backlog totaled $29.7 billion, a company record. Embraer closed the second quarter with cash, cash equivalents, current and non-current financial investments totaling $1.6 billion, as well as a $1.0 billion undrawn revolving credit facility.

During the second quarter, Embraer delivered 61 aircraft, including 19 commercial jets (9 E1s and 10 E2s), 38 executive jets (21 light and 17 medium), and four defense aircraft, a 30 percent increase compared to 47 aircraft delivered in Q2 2024.
