Embraer Reports Second Quarter 2024 Net Profit of $102.5 Million or $0.54 per Diluted ADS Share

Embraer has reported a second quarter 2024 net profit of $102.5 million or $0.54 per diluted ADS share on revenue of $1.5 billion, up 16 percent versus Q2 2023.  At June 30, 2024, the company had a firm order backlog valued at $21.1 billion.

On Thursday (August 8, 2024), Embraer announced their second quarter financial result for the period ending June 30, 2024.  The company reported a second quarter net profit of $102.5 million or $0.54 per diluted ADS share on year-over-year increase in revenue of 16 percent to $1.5 billion.  Embraer delivered a total of 47 jets during Q2, 17 of which were executive jets (10 light and seven medium), 19 commercial jets (eight E1-175, seven E2-195 and four E2-190), and one multi-mission C-390 Millennium.  At June 30, 2024, the airframer had a firm order backlog valued at $21.1 billion, up 20 percent year-over-year, and a seven year high.  Embraer closed the second quarter with $1.5 billion in cash and a $650 million revolving credit facility.
