Next Summer, Edelweiss will expand their schedule with more flights to North America, including daily service to Vancouver, up to three weekly flights to Calgary, up to four weekly flights to Tampa, and more.
On Tuesday (September 12, 2023), Edelweiss announced an expansion of service to Canada and the U.S. for the summer 2024 season. The carrier will offer seasonal flights to Vancouver from May through October, with flights operating daily during peak summer periods. Service to Calgary will be increased from two to three weekly flights, and will operate from May through September. During summer 2024, Edelweiss will also double service to Tampa, Florida, with four weekly flights to this year-round destination. Additionally, the airline will once again offer Saturday service to Las Vegas, with the third weekly frequency extended into Autumn, while Denver will be served three times weekly from June.
During Spring and Autumn 2024, Edelweiss will also double weekly service to Muscat with two weekly flights. In Spring 2024, the carrier will also offer two weekly flights to Phuket, up from one, while frequencies to Cape Town will increase from two to three times weekly. From November 2023, new service to Bogotá and Cartagena will commence, and will operate until the summer break in May 2024. In total, Edelweiss will serve 23 long-haul destinations for summer 2024. The carrier’s short and medium-haul schedule to be revealed in the coming weeks.
