easyJet has today put on sale 12 new routes from eight UK airports for summer 2024, including three new routes to Alicante in Spain and Enfidha in Tunisia, along with returning service to Reus in Spain, among others.
On Tuesday (November 7, 2023), easyJet announced the launch of 12 new routes from eight UK airports for the summer 2024 season. The network expansion includes three new routes to Alicante (Spain) and Enfidha (Tunisia), as well as returning service to Reus in Spain. New service to Alicante will launch from Southampton on March 31st, from Newcastle on April 2nd, and from Belfast City on May 2, 2024, with all three routes operating throughout summer. Alicante flights will operate from Southampton once weekly on Sundays, twice weekly from Newcastle on Tuesdays and Saturdays, and twice weekly from Belfast City on Thursdays and Sundays.
In Tuesday’s announcement, easyJet’s UK Country Manager, Ali Gayward, said,
“We’re delighted to be launching twelve new routes and package holidays from eight of our airports across the UK to a fantastic range of leisure destinations, offering even more choice and connectivity to our customers all across the UK, whether they’re planning a holiday to Spain’s sunny coast or Tunisia’s beach town Enfidha as well as even more connections from the UK to beach favourites Malta, Faro and Cyprus.
Additionally, easyJet will restart flights from London Luton and launch new service from Manchester to Reus in Spain, with both routes operating twice weekly on Tuesdays and Saturdays from April 2, 2023. New year-round service to Enfidha in Tunisia will launch from Liverpool on April 1st with two weekly flights on Mondays and Fridays, and from Belfast International with twice weekly flights on Tuesdays and Saturdays starting April 20, 2024. The Glasgow-Enfidha route will launch on May 2, 2024, with two weekly flights on Thursdays and Sundays.
For summer 2024, easyJet will also launch new service between Bristol and Malta from April 3, 2024, in time for Easter. The route will operate twice weekly throughout summer on Wednesdays and Fridays. On May 4, 2024, easyJet will also launch new service between Glasgow and Larnaca in Cyprus, with two weekly summer seasonal flights on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Finally, the carrier will commence service between Southampton and Faro in Portugal, with one weekly flight on Thursdays throughout the peak summer season.
