Discover Airlines has announced the introduction of new culinary highlights. Since November, the carrier has expanded their inflight menu with the addition of the Smashburger with French fries and the classic Margherita Pizza.

On Wednesday (November 19, 2025), Discover Airlines announced an expansion of their inflight menu options. Since November, guests have been able to enjoy two new choices, including the popular Smashburger with fries as well as the all-time classic Margherita pizza. Discover regularly updates and expands their onboard menu, adding new trends and popular classics twice a year. Feedback from guests, collected through surveys, plays a key role in this process. In response to customer requests, currywurst, Franzbrötchen, and miso noodles have already been added to the menu in the past.
The Smashburger with a juicy beef patty, caramelized onions, and melted cheese is available exclusively on Discover Airlines short and medium-haul flights in Economy Class. It can be easily ordered from the onboard shop for €9.99. Travelers who order 72 hours prior to departure in the pre-order shop will receive a 10 percent discount, which helps the airline achieve their goal of minimizing food waste. The Margherita pizza is part of the regular menu on long-haul flights. All Economy Class guests can look forward to this Italian specialty on daytime flights, which is prepared according to a traditional recipe and gets pre-baked in a stone oven.
