Starting July 6, 2020 Delta will offer daily year-round service from Atlanta to Boise (Idaho), Bozeman (Montana) and Spokane (Washington). Customers from these Mountain West cities will be able to connect to over 220 destinations worldwide through Delta’s largest hub at Atlanta-Hartsfield International Airport. Commenting on Monday’s announcement, Delta’s Senior Vice President – Network Planning, Joe Esposito said,

“Connecting the world is our mission, and in 2020 we’re creating more connections from our hubs and other cities throughout the West to destinations around the globe to make traveling more convenient for our customers. How you get there is just as important, and with Delta, customers will get a thoughtful and innovative customer experience and world-class service from the best people in the business.”

Complementing the new routes, Delta is also increasing frequencies to Denver and Salt Lake City by adding an eleventh daily year-round non-stop flight to each city from Atlanta starting June 22, 2020. The airline will also offer a host of new connections from Salt Lake City next summer as the airport prepares to open a brand new terminal by September. A daily year-round flight will be added between Salt Lake City and Memphis from July 6, and a sixth daily frequency will be added to New York-JFK starting June 20th. Delta is also adding a third daily year-round flight to Nashville on July 6, and a second daily year-round flight to Indianapolis from July 16th. Salt Lake City is Delta’s largest hub in the Western United States and the carrier offers connections to over 90 destinations worldwide.

Delta’s western expansion continues for customers throughout the LA Basin with new service from Burbank, LAX, Long Beach, Ontario and Santa Barbara Airports. Starting June 22, 2020 new frequencies from LAX will include a fifth daily year-round flight to Dallas-Fort Worth, a sixth daily flight to Phoenix and a sixth daily flight to Sacramento.
