Delta Air Lines to Launch New Service Between Tokyo Haneda and Honolulu

Starting October 28, 2023, Delta Air Lines will introduce new service between Tokyo-Haneda and Honolulu. The route will operate daily with a Boeing 767-300ER featuring Delta One, Delta Premium Select, Delta Comfort+ and Main cabin options.

On Tuesday (August 29, 2023), Delta Air Lines announced the launch of new nonstop service between Tokyo-Haneda (HND) and Honolulu, Hawaii (HNL) starting October 28, 2023. Flights will operate daily with a Boeing 767-300ER featuring Delta One, Delta Premium Select, Delta Comfort+ and Main Cabin seating options. This marks the first time that Delta has offered service between Haneda and Honolulu since all Tokyo operations were moved to Tokyo-Narita (NRT) in March 2020.


In Tuesday’s announcement, Delta’s Managing Director and President – Japan, Victor Osumi, said,


“As travel demand gradually recovers in Japan, we decided to add the new Honolulu service to our HND network. Our commitment to both markets remains strong. Customers will enjoy more options and destinations from Haneda, with Delta's unparalleled premium experience on the ground and in the air.”
