Delta Air Lines Inaugural Flight Between Boston and Barcelona Takes to the Skies

Delta Air Lines has launched new direct service between Boston and Barcelona. The route will operate three times weekly with an Airbus A330-900neo featuring Delta One®, Delta Premium Select, Delta Comfort, and Delta Main cabin booking options.

On Thursday (May 29, 2025), Delta Air Lines announced the launch of their inaugural nonstop flight between Boston (BOS) and Barcelona (BSN). The route will now operate three times weekly, complementing Delta’s existing service to Barcelona from New York-JFK with 12 weekly flights, and from Atlanta with 10 flights weekly. Service between Boston and Barcelona will be operated with a 281-seat Airbus A330-900neo, offering four cabin experiences, namely Delta One®, Delta Premium Select, Delta Comfort, and Delta Main.
In Thursday’s announcement, Delta Air Lines’ SVP – Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India, Matteo Curcio, said,
