On Wednesday (July 6, 2023) Condor announced that they will upgrade their short and medium- haul onboard service product from July 2023. In an effort to reduce the use of single-use plastics onboard, the carrier will serve Business Class meals with porcelain plated and metal cutlery, while Economy Class meals will be served in bowls made from organic cardboard. Business Class guests on short and medium-haul routes can expect an English breakfast, or for example, a Thai red curry, depending on departure time and route. In Economy Class, guests can enjoy selections from the delicious ‘Taste the World’ menu which can be pre-ordered up to 24 hours prior to departure. One example is the organic Italian pasta bolognese.
