On Wednesday (March 18, 2026), Condor announced that they have relocated to their new corporate headquarters in Gateway Gardens.  With its new location in the Alpha Rotex building, in immediate proximity to Frankfurt Airport, the airline’s administrative functions are once again positioned closer to the operational core of the business, and therefore closer to the company’s flight crews.  Condor now occupies approximately 15,000 square meters of space across ten floors in the building.  During a photo opportunity State Secretary at the Hessian Ministry of Economics, Energy, Transport, Housing, and Rural Affairs Ines Fröhlich, and Frankfurt’s Mayor Mike Josef on Wednesday, Condor’s CEO, Peter Gerber, symbolically marked the move by cutting a ceremonial ribbon to officially open the new headquarters.

Speaking at the ribbon cutting ceremony, Condor’s CEO, Peter Gerber, said,

“With our new location in Gateway Gardens, we are moving closer to the heart of our operations—Frankfurt Airport—and therefore closer to our crews.  This brings our company even closer together in day-to-day operations and underlines our strong connection to the Frankfurt aviation hub.”

Also speaking at the event, Frankfurt am main’s Mayor, Mike Josef, added,

“The opening of Condor’s new headquarters in Frankfurt is a strong signal of our city’s economic strength.  Gateway Gardens stands for internationality and future-oriented development—at the same time, this decision highlights the company’s close ties to Frankfurt and the wider region.”

Gateway Gardens offers Condor a modern working environment with international connectivity and direct proximity to Frankfurt Airport.  The company connects millions of travelers with popular holiday destinations worldwide, as well as major European cities, and is one of the largest companies headquartered in Frankfurt.  Following the insolvency of Condor’s former parent company Thomas Cook in 2019, the airline underwent a comprehensive economic and organizational restructuring.  During this transition period, administrative functions were temporarily based in Neu-Isenburg.  Today, Condor is economically stable and strategically well positioned.

Founded in 1956, Condor Flugdienst GmbH is Germany’s favorite leisure airline and serves over nine million guests annually to over 90 destinations in Europe, Africa, and America from nine German gateways, Zurich and Vienna.  The German leisure carrier has a fleet of over 50 aircraft which are meticulously maintained to the highest safety standards by their wholly owned subsidiary Condor Technik with facilities in Frankfurt and Düsseldorf.  Condor was the German launch customer for the state-of-the-art Airbus A330neo, and currently has 43 Airbus A320neo Family aircraft on order.
