On Thursday (May 11, 2023) Condor announced the introduction of their new gourmet Business Class Menu. From summer 2023, as part of the airline’s new ‘Taste the World’ gourmet menu, long-haul Business Class guests can enjoy new appetizers such as the Frankfurt green sauce tartlet served with lemon pepper and roast beef, among others. On departure from Frankfurt, the appetizer range also includes Norwegian Ikarimi salmon with lentil salad, oriental curried date dip and baby green salad with tomato tarragon dressing.

Business Class guests can then choose from three main courses, including Cajun chicken breast with potato wedges, broccoli and tomato salsa, or cod fillet with pea puree, creamed cabbage and lobster bisque, or Italian tagliatelle with truffle cream sauce and spinach. The gourmet menu is rounded off with a cheese plate and a lemon tartlet with meringue topping. Depending on departure time, a light dinner or a sweet-hearted breakfast will be served before landing. As a refreshment in-between Häagen-Dazs ice cream will also be available on select flights.

Premium Economy Class guests will also enjoy an elevated menu, including main dishes such as an herbed chicken fillet served with Mediterranean grilled vegetables and polenta. On select daytime flights, customers will also be treated to Ben & Jerry’s ice cream. In addition to the menu included in the fare on long-haul flights for all guests, Economy Class passengers also have the option to pre-order a premium menu for €17.99 up to 24 hours prior to departure. Business Class and Premium Economy Class menus are also available with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and children’s options. These selections can be pre-ordered free of charge up to 24 hours prior to departure. On short and medium-haul flights, hot ‘Taste the World’ dishes and snacks can be pre-ordered up to 24 hours before departure, starting at €4.49. As always, Business Class inflight meals are free of charge.
