Canada Jetlines will launch their inaugural flight between Toronto Pearson and Montego Bay, Jamaica on Saturday, December 9, 2023. Initially the route will operate twice weekly on Saturdays and Sundays, with a third frequency planned for 2024.
On Thursday (December 7, 2023), Canada Jetlines announced the launch of their inaugural flight between Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) and Montego Bay, Jamaica (MBJ). The first flight will take to the skies on Saturday, December 9, 2023, and the route will then operate twice weekly on Saturdays and Sundays, with a third planned frequency for 2024. Guests onboard Canada Jetlines’ flights enjoy extra legroom and complimentary inflight entertainment.
In Thursday’s announcement, Canada Jetlines’ CEO, Eddy Doyle, said,

Also commenting on the new Montego Bay service, Jamaica’s Minister of Tourism, Hon. Edmund Bartlett, said,
“The arrival of Canada Jetlines’ inaugural flight into Montego Bay represents a significant milestone for both the airline and Destination Jamaica. With the launch of this new service from Toronto to Montego Bay, we look forward to welcoming even more Canadian travellers this winter season to experience Jamaica’s vibrant tourism offerings and warm island spirit. This new partnership will play a valuable role in helping Jamaica achieve our ambitious target of attracting 500,000 annual visitors from Canada by 2023.”
