Cambodia Angkor Air will add three ATR 72-600 turboprop aircraft to their fleet on lease from HNCAL (HNCA Aviation Financial Leasing Co., Ltd.), a subsidiary of HNCA (Henan Civil Aviation Development & Investment Group Co., Ltd.).
On Tuesday (December 10, 2024), ATR announced that Cambodia Angkor Air, which will change its name to Air Cambodia on January 1st, 2025, will add three leased ATR 72-600s to their fleet. These aircraft, purchased by HNCAL (HNCA Financial Leasing Co., Ltd.), a subsidiary of HNCA (Henan Civil Aviation Development & Investment Group Co., Ltd.) have been leased to Cambodia’s national carrier. With deliveries scheduled for 2025, the additional aircraft will bolster Air Cambodia’s domestic and regional capacity.
In Tuesday’s announcement, ATR’s Chief Executive Officer, Nathalie Tarnaud Laude, said,

Also commenting on the new ATR 72-600 lease transaction, Cambodia Angkor Air’s Vice Chairman and CEO, Mr. Zhan David, added,
