Breeze Airways to Launch New Service From Bangor, Dallas, Fort Worth, Lansing and Lancaster

Breeze Airways has today announced the addition of new service from Bangor (Maine), Fort Worth (Texas), Lancaster (Pennsylvania), Lansing (Michigan) and Pensacola (Florida), increasing their network to 56 cities across 29 states.

On Tuesday (March 26, 2024), Breeze Airways announced the launch of new service from five cities including Bangor (Maine), Fort Worth (Texas), Lancaster (Pennsylvania), Lansing (Michigan) and Pensacola (Florida).  With the added services, Breeze will  now fly from 56 cities across 29 U.S. States. 


Breeze offers bundled and a-la-carte fare options known as No Flex Fare, Nice, Nicer, and on flights operated with an Airbus A220-300, Nicest.  With No Flex, flight changes aren’t permitted, but customers will receive a partial credit for cancellation.  The Nice bundle includes a carry-on bag, while the Nicer bundle includes both a checked and carry-on bag, free inflight Wi-Fi and a premium economy seat with extra legroom.  The Nicest Fare includes two checked bags, priority boarding and Breeze Ascent, which features 2x2 recliner seating, free inflight Wi-Fi, and complimentary snacks and beverages, including alcohol.


In Tuesday’s announcement, Breeze Airways’ President, Tom Doxey, said,


“We’re thrilled to announce five more cities to our expanding network as we continue to add great destinations and also connect the dots between Breeze’s existing cities.  With Breeze’s added convenience and affordability, our business model continues to see success in cities across the country.”

Founded in 2018, Salt Lake City, Utah-based Breeze Airways launched flight operations in May 2021.  The carrier operates a fleet of Embraer E190/195 jets and Airbus A220-300s, serving 56 cities in 29 states.  Breeze currently has an additional 70 A220-300s on order, and will transition to an all A220 fleet by the end of 2024.  Focused on providing efficient and affordable flights between secondary airports, Breeze offers seamless booking, no change or cancellation fees, and up to 24-months of reusable flight credit.  Additionally, the airline offers customizable flight features, including complimentary family seating.
