Breeze Airways Announces Eight New Routes

Breeze Airways has announced the launch of eight new routes this spring, including their first routes from San Diego to Cincinnati, Jacksonville, Norfolk, Raleigh-Durham and Pittsburgh.

On Tuesday (January 9, 2024), Breeze Airways announced the launch of eight new routes from spring 2024.  The carrier will launch their first routes from San Diego International Airport (SAN), including flights to Cincinnati, Jacksonville, Norfolk, Raleigh-Durham and Pittsburgh. Additionally, the airline is introducing new daily one-stop/no plane change ‘BreezeThru’ service from San Diego to Providence and Hartford.  Breeze is also adding new nonstop routes from New York/Westchester (HPN) to Los Angeles, Charleston, Cincinnati, Hartford and Raleigh-Durham. 


In Tuesday’s announcement, Breeze Airways’ President, Tom Doxey, said,


“San Diego is one of the U.S.’s most popular summer destinations with great food, beautiful beaches and popular family attractions.  We’re thrilled to add service to San Diego, our fifth destination in California and 46th airport served nationally.”


In celebration of the launch of the new routes, Breeze is offering introductory one-way fares from $59.  To qualify for the low fares, tickets must be purchased by January 15th for travel by September 3, 2024.  The airline is also currently offering 35 percent off all return fares on travel from January 15th through May 22, 2024 with the promo code ‘GETFRESH’, when booking on the Breeze app or website through 11:59pm ET on January 12th.  This includes every Breeze route across 46 cities in 26 states.
