BOC Aviation Reports Full Year 2025 Net Profit of $787 Million or $1.13 per Share

BOC Aviation has reported a full-year 2025 net profit of $787 million or $1.13 per share on a year-over-year increase in revenue of 2.4 percent to $2.6 billion.

On Thursday (March 19, 2026), aircraft lessor BOC Aviation Limited reported their full-year financial results for the period ending December 31, 2025.  The company reported a net profit of $787 million or $1.13 per share on a year-over-year increase in revenue of 2.4 percent to $2.6 billion.  BOC’s balance sheet increased to over $26 billion, with total equity of $6.8 billion, and we generated a record US$2.2 billion in operating cash flow net of interest expense.  The company also surpassed their targeted investment level in 2025 with $4.2 billion in new CAPEX.  During 2025, BOC also committed to acquire a further 160 aircraft and ended the year with total committed capital expenditure of US$19 billion and an orderbook of 337 aircraft.  At December 31, 2025, the company had liquidity totaling $6.9 billion.


In Thursday’s announcement, BOC Aviation’s CEO and Managing Director, Steven Townend, said,


“We achieved strong underlying earnings growth in 2025 as we took delivery of aircraft as scheduled and hit our investment goals.  Looking ahead, we have our company’s largest ever orderbook and ended the year with the largest ever amount of committed liquidity, providing us with a strong base to achieve our long-term growth targets.”
