Azorra Announces the sale of two Boeing 777-300ERs to FPG Amentum

Azorra has announced the sale of two Boeing 777-300ERs to FPG Amentum, a Dublin-based aircraft asset manager. Both aircraft (MSN 61730/61731) are on lease to Philippine Airlines (PAL), the flag carrier of the Philippines.

On Monday (October 6, 2025), Fort Lauderdale-based aircraft lessor Azorra announced the sale of two Boeing 777-300ERs to FPG Amentum, a Dublin-based aircraft asset manager. Both aircraft (MSN 61730/61731) are currently on lease to Philippine Airlines (PAL), the flag carrier of the Philippines.
In Monday’s announcement, Azorra’s Vice President – Commercial, Eliane Cotran, said,
“The sale of these Boeing 777-300ERs demonstrates Azorra’s ability to trade across many different asset types. By leveraging strong industry partnerships, transactions like this are key to executing our growth strategy, and redeploying capital into areas where we see attractive opportunities. We would like to thank the FPG Amentum team for their efforts throughout this transaction.”
Also commenting on the sale transaction, FPG Amentum’s Chief Operating Officer, Damon Connery, said,
