The flight schedule on the Vienna-Málaga route has been timed for extended summer holidays, as well as long weekend trips.

In Thursday’s announcement, Austrian Airlines’ Chief Commercial Officer, Michael Trestl, said,

“The demand for tourist travel is particularly high, which is why we are expanding our range in destinations. Málaga is a fantastic destination because it is versatile. In addition to beach holidays on the Costa del Sol, Málaga and the surrounding region with easily accessible cities such as Granada or Córdoba offer a great cultural program that is also very attractive in winter.”
